Per Christiansson is on leave from December 1 1997 to December 1 1998 acting as visiting professor at Aalborg University, Denmark. Inaugurated in 1974, Aalborg University now has about 11,000 students. Teaching and research are conducted at the highest level in the fields of engineering, natural sciences, social sciences and humanities. The university's annual budget is in excess of 750 million Danish kroner.

As a first contribution back to Sweden here is a song we sing at the morning coffe to celebrate a persons birthday.

Premises

Since March 1995 the KBS-Media Lab is situated in new localities together with CITU, Center for IT in Education at Lund University.


KBS-Media Lab in new modern localities. Three office rooms and a two more rooms for image handling and electronic meetings. These rooms can handle up to four guest researchers. You can also have a look at the old premises.

Staff

Resources

The KBS-Media Lab offers a rich environment for it's employees and reseachers. The used platforms are Mac, PC, and SUN. All computers are of course on the Internet. Email is used in 95% of all communication nationally and internationally. The KBS-Media Lab is on the WWW since April 1995.

The Lab is further equiped with video and sound handling systems, laser disc and CD players, frame grabbers, scanners, color projection panel, video cameras, and Internet and ISDN connections.
